Job Autopilot is an AI-powered Chrome extension that takes the busywork out of job applications. It reads each listing, tailors your resume to match it, drafts answers to application questions in your own voice, autofills the form, and logs every application you send. Think of it as a copilot that handles the repetitive parts so you can apply to more roles in less time.

Just a Chromium-based browser and your resume or LinkedIn profile. When you first set it up, Autopilot builds a private master profile from your background, which then powers the tailoring and autofill on every job you open. There is no separate app to install and no server account to configure.

Autopilot runs on Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Arc. Firefox and Safari are not supported yet, though we are watching demand and may add them later. If a specific browser matters to you, let us know at ayush@goclickless.co.

About two minutes. You install the extension, import your resume or LinkedIn profile, and review the details Autopilot pulled in. After that first pass, every future application is close to one click, because your master profile is already in place.

No. Autopilot never fabricates jobs, skills, or numbers. It only reframes and reorders what is already true in your profile, so the most relevant parts of your real background rise to the top for each role. If it is not in your master profile, it will not appear in your tailored resume.

When you open a listing, Autopilot reads the job description and identifies the signals that matter (seniority, stack, industry, and tone). It then rewrites and reorders your existing experience to speak directly to those signals, surfacing the right keywords so your resume reads like it was written for that specific team.

Always. Every tailored resume, cover letter, and long answer is a draft you can review and change before anything is submitted. Nothing is sent automatically without your say-so, and you stay in full control of the final wording.

Autopilot uses leading large language models to generate tailored text. We choose the model that produces the most accurate, natural-sounding results for resumes and application answers, and we update our selection as the underlying models improve. Only the job description and the relevant fields from your profile are sent to the model to generate that text.

Yes. Tailoring is designed to help you clear applicant tracking systems, not trip them up. Autopilot mirrors the keywords and phrasing from the actual posting and keeps a clean, parseable structure, so your resume reads well to both the scanner and the human on the other side.

Yes. Beyond the standard fields, Autopilot drafts cover letters and thoughtful responses to open-ended questions like "why do you want to work here?" in your voice, grounded in your real experience. You review each one before it goes anywhere.

On your own device. Your master profile, resume, and application history live locally in your browser, not on our servers. That means your personal data stays with you, and you are never trusting us to hold a copy of your career history.

Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, full stop. Autopilot makes money from subscriptions, not from your information. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.

Only what is needed to write your tailored text: the specific job description and the relevant fields from your profile for that role. That data is used to generate the resume and answers, and it is not stored to build a profile of you or sold onward. Everything else stays on your device.

Anytime. Because your data lives locally, you can export your full profile and application log whenever you want, and you can wipe everything from within the extension with a single action. Uninstalling the extension removes your local data too.

There is no watermark, tag, or signal that flags your application as AI-assisted. Autopilot writes in your voice and grounds everything in your real experience, so your application reads as your own work, because the substance is yours. You always review and approve the final text.

No. We do not maintain a resume database, and your resume is never pooled with other users' data or made searchable to anyone. Your documents exist only where you keep them: on your device.

Autopilot works across LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and 40+ more job boards and applicant tracking systems. We focus first on the platforms where most applications actually happen, and we keep adding coverage over time.

You catch it before you submit. Autopilot flags anything it is unsure about for your review, and every field stays editable, so you can correct a value in place. If a particular board consistently mis-maps a field, tell us and we will tune it.

Yes. Workday's long, multi-step applications are exactly the kind of tedious flow Autopilot is built for. It carries your details across each page so you are not retyping the same information step after step.

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel from your account whenever you like and keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, after which you simply drop back to the free plan.

We know job hunting hits hardest for students and new grads, so we plan to offer student pricing. If you are a student and want early access to it, email ayush@goclickless.co with your details and we will sort you out.

Nothing bad. Because your profile and history live on your device, canceling Pro does not delete your data, you just return to the free plan's limits. You can keep, export, or wipe your local data at any point, entirely on your terms.
