How it works
Autopilot lives in your browser and does the tedious part of applying: reading the posting, tailoring your resume, drafting your answers, and filling the form. You set up your profile once, then approve each application before it goes out. Here is the whole flow, step by step.
The 5-step flow
Import your resume as a PDF or connect your LinkedIn, and Autopilot parses it on your device into structured experience: roles, dates, bullet points, skills, education, and links. This master profile is the single source of truth every future application draws from, so you never retype your work history again.
Browse listings the way you already do. When you land on a job page, the extension auto-detects the posting, reads the role title, company, location, and full description, and opens the in-page panel. There is no copy-pasting a URL or switching to another app: Autopilot works right where the job lives.
The AI runs a keyword and skills gap analysis against the exact listing, then reorders and rewrites your bullet points to lead with what this role is asking for. It matches tone (crisp for a startup, formal for enterprise) and surfaces the right terms so you read like a human, not a template. It never invents experience: it only reframes what is already true in your profile.
Your generic bullet

Tailored for "Senior Product Designer"
Led 0 to 1 design of a design-system-driven checkout, lifting conversion 18% through rapid A/B testing in Figma.
Name, email, phone, links, and full work history drop in instantly. EEO and demographic questions use your saved preferences, and open-ended prompts like "why do you want to work here?" are drafted in your voice from the company and role context. Anything the AI is not fully confident about is flagged so you can review it before it counts.
You stay in control: glance over the filled form, tweak anything you want, and hit submit. The moment you apply, Autopilot logs the application automatically so you always know where you stand, without touching a spreadsheet. On to the next role in seconds.
Privacy is the default, not a setting you have to find. Your career is yours, and Autopilot is built so it stays that way.
Supported job boards
Autopilot detects and fills applications across the major applicant tracking systems and job boards, so the same one-minute flow works almost everywhere you look.
New boards are added regularly. See what shipped recently in the changelog.
