These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GoClickLess ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Job Autopilot browser extension, our website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Job Autopilot is an AI-powered browser extension that helps you apply for jobs. It tailors your resume to a specific listing, drafts answers to application questions in your voice, autofills application forms across supported job boards, and logs the applications you submit. Your profile and resume data are stored locally on your device, and only the specific job description and relevant profile fields are sent to our AI model provider(s) to generate tailored text.
The Service is currently pre-launch ("Coming Soon"). Features, availability, and pricing may change as we build toward general release, and some functionality may be limited, experimental, or offered on an early-access basis.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Job Autopilot, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended for individual job seekers using it for their own genuine applications.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information in your profile, and to keep it up to date. If you create an account for a paid plan, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Most importantly: you are responsible for reviewing every application before you submit it. Job Autopilot assists by tailoring text and filling fields, but you remain fully accountable for the accuracy and content of anything you send to an employer. Always read the tailored resume, the drafted answers, and the filled fields, and correct anything before submitting.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate tailored resume text and draft answers. AI output can contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and it may not always reflect your intent. You must review and edit all AI-generated content before submitting any application. You are solely responsible for what you submit.
As between you and us, you own the inputs you provide (your profile, resume, and answers) and the tailored content generated from them for your use. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and any submitted content are accurate and truthful.
The Service, including the Job Autopilot software, its design, the GoClickLess brand, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own job search in accordance with these Terms. You keep ownership of your own content; nothing in these Terms transfers your career information or resume to us beyond what is needed to provide the Service.
Job Autopilot offers a Free tier, a Pro plan, and a Teams plan. The Free tier provides core functionality at no cost. Paid plans (Pro and Teams) unlock additional capabilities and usage, and are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) as described at checkout.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, and your use of paid plans is also subject to that processor's terms.
The Service works alongside third-party platforms, including job boards (such as LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday) and our AI model provider(s). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms, and their names are used only to describe compatibility. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable.
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment of any kind. Job Autopilot is a tool to help you apply more efficiently; outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoClickLess and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD 50).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoClickLess and its team from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, the content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time; uninstalling removes the data stored locally on that device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction.
